Presented by the Eastern Idaho Water Rights Coalition, Keith Esplin and Roger Warner, this timely panel will offer a deep dive into how water rights, groundwater use, and recharge efforts have shaped agriculture, industry, and community development across the region. The program will also examine the recent 2024 Stipulated Agreement and what it means for future water use and conservation in Idaho. “This is a critical topic that affects everyone—from farmers and city planners to business owners and families.
